Summary of Terms & Conditions

Before confirming your booking, please take note of the following key conditions:

• Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid full driver’s licence, and present an International Driving Permit (or official English translation) if the licence is not in English.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at vehicle collection and must be secured using a major credit card in the primary renter’s name.
• Payments & Cancellations: Full payment and cancellation fees are subject to the provider’s booking terms and conditions.
• Mileage: Mileage is not unlimited by default. Prepaid mileage packages may be available, with additional charges applying if the included allowance is exceeded.
• Vehicle Collection & Return: Vehicles must be collected and returned during the provider’s operating hours. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Travel Restrictions: Driving on prohibited roads or in restricted areas may void insurance coverage and result in additional charges.
• Vehicle Care: The motorhome must be returned in a clean condition and with all waste tanks emptied unless a dump service has been purchased.
• Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Pets are permitted, but additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Insurance & Liability: Insurance coverage, deductibles, exclusions and customer responsibilities are governed by the provider’s official Terms & Conditions.
